Meet Your Hosts

Rebecca hails from northwest Indiana but has spent most of her adult life living near Cincinnati.  During her day job, Rebecca works as an English Language Arts teacher at an Indiana high school. She loves working with the students and sharing her love of books. She also enjoys writing stories, especially scary stories, and is the co-host and writer of the Hoosier Myths & Legends podcast with her sister and daughter. Her favorite things are Disney, traveling, Coca-Cola, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Mary Ellen was born and raised in northwest Indiana and is a true region rat at heart. During her day job, Mary works as a revenue manager for a hospitality management company. When not playing with numbers and spreadsheets all day, she loves to spend time with family and friends. She co-hosts the Hoosier Myths & Legends podcast with her older sister and niece and enjoys volunteering for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and the American Diabetes Association. Mary has an unhealthy obsession with iced coffee, loves to do crafts, and can usually be found with her nose in a book.
